Tuesday we headed back to Akachan Honpo for one more visit. Not a lot of photos here, we were focused on shopping since this was our last chance to visit. We ended up with only a couple of outfits and mostly diapers and formula for the journey home. Above, you can see Taka sporting his new cap...got to have something warm going into fall and winter back home.
Once back, Taka decided he wasn't happy so it took awhile to get him to fall asleep. He finally did and I didn't move him, even while checking up on the World Wide Web.
It doesn't look comfy but almost always puts him out. For dinner Mindy had noodles and I had nan with curry. Nothing fancy but it was dessert that was so good.
First we sampled a little 12 year Macallan - one of our favs. After, we had the last of our mochi ice cream from Gunma prefecture - delicious!
Finally, we started the packing process to get a gage for how we are going to get everything home. We have 3 full suitcases and still haven't packed any of the things we brought. I hope Taka gets to check 2 bags because we are going to need it!
